We've been silent long enough boyos. It is finally time.
The year is 2022, and everyone in this thread became a sickkunt that year. That is what history will say.
20lbs down this year and still going. I want to hear how everyone else's progress is going.
Sloots will mire, bros will mire, and we will mire at every single reflection we manage to catch ourselves in.
Lets get those abs. Lets get those cuts. Let's get that JAWLINE lookin' right!
Put it in your sig and let's dedicate this year to either getting, or staying lean and mean.

In. I needed this, srs.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

Das it mane.
I've actually been keeping track on a daily basis in a spreadsheet the following data:
Date, Day, Morning Weight, Gym, Gym: Walk + Jog, 20 Minutes Treadmill, 10k+ steps, Avoid Tobacco, Track MFP, Meet MFP Goal, Avoid Alcohol, Only Groceries, Avoid Fapping, Success Rate
Watching my weight go down and seeing my habits in a spreadsheet is otherworldly. I am so sloppy on the weekends, gotta course correct.i7-14700k
