In on this crew, morning diet will be 2-3 packets of oatmeal mixed with milk, protein/clifs/granola/keto bars at work, and lean meat with veggies and rice for dinner. Currently, it is too hot after work for me to give a nice big bottle of gatorade.

Watching my weight go down and seeing my habits in a spreadsheet is otherworldly. I am so sloppy on the weekends, gotta course correct.

I've been feeling light as fuk lately. More energy, pullups easier, just all around healthier. Think I'll try not to go over 200 in the near future.

I don't drink much in quantity, but I do like my red solo cup of wine at night a few nights a week. That's awesome that you track all that.

Went from 300 January 2020 to 244. Been stuck at 244 since last Jan. Goal is 235. So close.

My weakness is after dinner at night I crave food like a drug.
Been doing protein/fruit smoothies later at night. Better than shiit food.

Workout 5 days a week. Cardio is fast walking 2 miles every day.

Alright, plugged in some numbers in my fitness pal- this could definitely work.

Protein is a little low but I'm not trying to build mass.
