Right I have a doctor appointment tomorrow where might need to gain about *2 kg or 4 pounds in one day, otherwise the doctor I'm supposed to meet might consider hospitalization for me again...
Thinking that “best way" of doing this without putting on to much actually wight or consume to many calories would be to eat something like a serving of hot-wings with sauce and bread and maybe a small dessert.
And something like a fast-food milkshake with wings for breakfast tomorrow before my appointment (or some bread).
That said, other tips on how to gain a substantial amount of (water) weight without consuming too many calories would be appreciated as well.
*Also maybe eating something like a pineapple salad tonight is something I’m thinking about.
*My current weight is about 57 kg (125 lbs) but my doctor want it to be more like 59 kg (130 lbs) given my height which is 186 cm or 73 inch...

I don't think that anybody in good conscience could tell you how to cheat this.
If you're so underweight that a Doctor wants to hospitalise you, and you don't want to put on weight via calories, it sounds like you have an eating disorder.A.L.L. Leukemia 2009 - 2012
