I've done a 8-5, 2pm-12 am and 2am-10am - the worst was the afternoon one because it didn't allow for too much time in the morning and by the time you got out the bars were closing.

5pm - 8am while rebuilding a correctional facilities network, was a very chitty two weeks, you walk into the jail as the sun sets and work crews are getting in, don't get to leave till the Admin staff show up, 2/10 wouldn't recommend.

5:30pm to 5:30am when they had us working 12 hour shifts during the riots . Doing midnight shift for 2 years sucked also 11:15pm to 7:50am . Can’t go wrong with working 7:05am to 3:40pm these days

When I worked on an ambulance years ago.

I would start my shift at 3pm and end at 7am the next morning. 16 hour shift, and you have 8 hours (sleep and eat) until your next 16 hour shift.

6AM-6PM in the Stan... living on a tent next to an Apache airfield.... near the end we went weeks without a day off because we had to train the incoming unit.

Any of them that involved being the only male worker on the crew for the shift. Nothing worse than being the only male staff around to deal with all the relentless bitching and gossiping that invariably goes on when the other staff are 3+ females. The only exceptions are if it's just a light, minimum staff level crew for a given shift where it's just one guy and one, or perhaps maybe 2 females, depending on the specific women in question. Being outnumbered by women in the workplace can be a real pain in the asss for the reasons I described, especially as the only guy working with them at the time. Even the nicest ones to work with normally have a tendancy to turn into turbo kunts, at least compared to their usual selves.

Otherwise, same situation, except say the other men involved are either totally incompetent bums, and/or soyboy cuck types who consistently give female coworkers special treatment because they can't get over their raging hard ons for them. And yes, the soyboy cuck types can EASILY include big strong "manly men" as well. Just because they are big brutish assshole types doesn't mean they can't be total cucks whenever women workers are involved. Actually, these situations might actually be worse than dealing with 100% females except for yourself as the only guy, because it enables all of the bullchit chit tier female workers like to do just because they can because "vagina" in a way that doesn't fully materialize when you're the only guy dealing with them.

I once worked at a failing company and every month they locked us in a room until we cooked the books to make it seem like we weren't hemorrhaging money. You can imagine the not exactly legal shenanigans.

Not uncommon to catch a few hours worth of naps in the office over a 3 day span. I went full George Costanza style underneath the desk.

Meanwhile, the CEO didn't just drive a Ferrari every day, he had a COLLECTION of ferraris. I quit after he made me lay off an old guy who had been with the company 30 years.

Midnights were the worst, worked 12:30am to 10:30am for about a year. Never got a normal days sleep, just took short naps, weekends were all jacked up. It gave me sleep anxiety which I still have to this day.

I worked a 4pm to 2am shift for two years, best shift I’ve ever worked. Never had to use an alarm clock so I got as much sleep as I wanted, went to the gym before work for an hour every day, meal prepped, etc. god that was awesome.
