Fuked up my shoulder

Not sure what I didn't but I hope it's not serious. I did bench, db incline, and arnold presses a couple nights ago and tweaked it. Benched again tonight but couldn't get through my workout... Good news is that the pain feels like it's on top of my collar bone and not deep in the joint. Makes me hope that maybe it's a muscle rather than tendon/ligament. Sucks though. Is it possible to pull the trap where it attaches to the collar bone?

srs bro, you must be suffering from the fappers shoulder, its a known condition of people whose fap motion resembles front raises rather than hammer curls

you need to work on your writing"srs" atleast explain what happened, what do you feel , what part of the shoulder was effected ,did you hear a tear,a cluck . is your shoulder working in full range? or do you feel its getting locked?
