Not sure what I didn't but I hope it's not serious. I did bench, db incline, and arnold presses a couple nights ago and tweaked it. Benched again tonight but couldn't get through my workout... Good news is that the pain feels like it's on top of my collar bone and not deep in the joint. Makes me hope that maybe it's a muscle rather than tendon/ligament. Sucks though. Is it possible to pull the trap where it attaches to the collar bone?
