What do you think is going to be the ultimate verdict? Will he be found guilty of murder or a lesser charge? Will he be set free and found not guilty? If the jury convicts will it actually be based on evidence or will emotions set the tone?

What will be the verdict for the cop in the Floyd case?

Say the autopsy report is used as evidence and the Drs state Floyd was so wacked out on drugs that there is no way he would have survived, then what? Is the cop still guilty of murder even though Floyd was still alive at the hospital but couldn't be revived?
This all day long, who the fuk would want to be on that jury?"You know that little thing in your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't? Yeah, well, I don't have one of those."

Bro all i know is the man if you can call him that has his knee. A move which is not even allowed in mma and officers are. Taught and told not to use for what 9 mins? While floyd cried and begged saying he could not breath and all this pos did was look at the bystanders with a stupid look on his face?
I dont give a **** what floyds background was. Or if he was high that day. What i just described to you is why he deserves to be in prison the rest of his life and to make it worse he was wearing the uniform when he did it. The greatest tragedy and evil here is what he did to floyd but he also brought nothing but harm and disgrace to the institution and a lot of good law enforcement officers right now are payiing. A price as well for this piece of chits actions.

Reports are Floyd ingested a $hit ton of drugs before the cops tried to arrest him, enough ******** to kill you 4 times over is what the autopsy report states. At that point it wouldn't have mattered if a cop had jumped on his neck as the guy was a dead man walking.
This times 2500, there is no way any jury is letting this cop off and it won't be because of any actual guilt in the death."You know that little thing in your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't? Yeah, well, I don't have one of those."

I watched the bodycam footage and none of what transpired constitutes or excuses or gives reason for what he did for 9 mins.
Keep trying to look for excuses for what he did
And as far as the other miscer bringing up how much fent he had in his system shows me you know jack chit about drugs, heroin or fentynal and. That you should be proud of cause i know a lot about it and im telling you for a fact any time someone puts enough heroin much less fentynal in their body To kill them much less 4 times the amount to kill them. You dont walk around for a few mins you dont talk for a few mins and then die. Its POOF. ITS IN. THEN ITS INSTANT DARKNESS AND YOU DIE.
Ive overdosed on heroin 3 times. Ive been legally dead from overdosing. Im not proud of this and normally i would not even tell anyone cause it is something to be embarrassed and ashamed of but in this instance where you are using this as a reason to thinl george floyd died in that situation its important that you know that it is not even a possibility.
Fentynal is 50 to 75 times more powerful than heroin. If he put that much in him if he put just 2 times more in him he would have dropped over dead instsntly.
So everyone can just stop believing that bullchit.
The man is dead cause that pos did what he did for 9 mins STRAIGHT. 8 mins whatever it was."it takes a wise man to know when he is in error and a noble man to admit to it"

Poor Saint Floyd, cry me a river about a career criminal.
How about putting as much care and concern into thinking about and trying to right the wrongs of something like 5 yr old Cannon who was shot in the head by another piece of $hit thug?"You know that little thing in your head that keeps you from saying things you shouldn't? Yeah, well, I don't have one of those."

Floyd was complaining about being unable to breathe well before the 'knee on the neck.' Furthermore, if you, in fact, can't breathe, you can't talk about not being able to breathe. Talking requires the free flow of air. Finally, the knee was putting pressure on one of the carotid arteries. This has nothing to do with breathing, but it can inhibit flow of blood to the brain. However, we all have two carotid arteries. Putting pressure on one of them does not preclude the brain from receiving blood.
My guess is that all of the above will be explained by experts from both sides of the case. The jury will have to decide which medical explanations are most credible. At least that's how it is supposed to go in our system of justice.
In this case, the media has so polluted the minds of most people that objective analysis will be next to impossible. Add to that the social and political pressures on the jurors. People are going into that case with polluted minds and bias that makes legitimate analysis very difficult.
In my mind, OJ Simpson was guilty of violently murdering two innocent people. Unfortunately, bias and racism prevented a just verdict. This has happened throughout our history of 'justice.' Infected minds with personal bias, fears, and preconceived notions prevent jurors from doing the job they swore to do. That's how I see this case being decided.Envy is ignorance. Imitation is suicide.

I've read that Floyd was not in good health, but as a juror I guess you have to ask yourself what are the chances this guy, even in poor health, dies at the time when a guy has a knee on his neck for nine minutes and it has no relation to his death?
A coincidence, maybe too big for a juror to believe. In isolation, that cellphone video is damning. But with the autopsy, toxicology, medical history, the full body cam video (Floyd saying 'he can't breathe before anyone touched him, saying apparently dishonest things to get out of his situation), the departmental training, and then expert testimony, I think when it comes to trial the state will have huge issues. They have to prove all elements beyond a reasonable doubt. The defense just has to win one juror on one element put a wrench in things."it's likely one of us will have to spend some days alone"

Floyd was a POS for putting a gun to a pregnant woman's belly. He deserved to die when he committed this.
The cop is also a POS.
I don't have to back BLM just like I don't have to back the blue. Both are corrupt and both are successfully gaining support from statist liberals (BLM) and conservatives (back the blue).
So America is still on track to self-destruction.
The POS cop will be found guilty. And it will be used to further the 'defund the police' movement.
Personally, I don't mind if the police is defunded. They do not serve the people. Many libertarians (not to be confused with communist liberals) share this view.
Here's the reality: communist liberals want to defund the police so they can introduce their version of Marxist police, which will be more dangerous than what we have now.
It's so easy to connect the dots if people would just stop taking sides and start thinking for themselves. This above all..
To thine ownself be true..
And it must follow, as the night the day..
Thou can'st not then be false to any man..

He needs to be charged with murder. He kept his knee on the guys neck until he passed and then kept it on there for like 3 more minutes after. Floyd was handcuffed with his hands behind his back on his belly, no way is he a threat at this point.
The cop is a piece of sh!t no matter how you look at it.On the list for Bannukah

I'm racist because I don't respect drug addicts and criminals? You are whats wrong with this country. Turing everything into a race war when it has nothing to do with race.
Yes, it does have to do with your eyesight. You feel empathy(bias) for him because you can relate, so you ignore the fact that he was a piece of **** high on drugs and resisting arrest and doing and saying anything he could to stay out of that cop car. You assume because you are a good person and overcame your addition that he deserves the same respect that you earned, but he is not you, and he didn't.
He dug his own grave. He is the sole person responsible for his death. If he had just followed orders, he probably would haves died anyway in the back of the cop car, since he was already complaining of not being able to breath and the cops would have still ignored him until the paramedics arrived to treat him.
Chauvin didn't even get involved until after he was lying on the ground. He was the one that pulled him out of the car, at Floyed's OWN request. All he knew is what the other cops told him which was he was resisting arrest and showing signs of being high on meth.
It's clear as day all the police were doing everything right, how they were trained, every step of the way, and they were trying to accommodate him EVERY step of the way.
This is such a clear cut case it's comical. He will walk easy.
It's sad that you are so naive and persuaded by extreme leftist opinions.Last edited by pondus_levo; 08-20-2020 at 01:23 PM.

Hey Cass40... being high on meth, resisting arrest, and begging to lay on the ground grants you a knee on your back. Period. It wasn't some god awful maneuver, it's how they are TRAINED to handle the situation. I highly doubt Chauving was even pressing hard on his back. I'm sure it was just enough to hold him down. Chauvin did not kill him.
