    Protein-focused, Minimal ingredient recipes?

There are a ton of recipes on youtube and many other sites, but very often these recipes have a variety of ingredients which I'm reluctant to stock up either because I don't like the taste or it's meant for this recipe only (e.g. dates, almond milk, coconut oil).

Is there any site that focuses on as little (and as common, like baking powder) ingredients as possible, minimal prep, but delicious tasting food?

Easiest way if you're really lazy is to buy protein enriched food, like Barilla Protein+ pastas. Boil, add a sauce you like, maybe some meat and done.

ready-made stuff (like protein brownies/pancakes) are expensive.. hence would like to explore DIY-ing, starting with the easiest recipes.

Grill some turkey breast on a skillet add some cajun to taste + boil some new potatoes and veg.

Combine on a plate and eat = satisfying

Did you know you only need 0.7 gram protein per lb of bodyweight?

That is super easy to achieve while eating normal food and normal recipes.

i agree with the variety of ingredients thing, it's like you need to buy 10 different things for one recipe which is annoying. you can still make lots of good recipes with minimal ingredients

Protein iceream/fluff: ust water, ice cubes, protein powder, liquid sweeter and blend. Add mixture to a standing mixture: add 7-15g of xanthan gum while it mixes depending on how fluffy you want it. Eat now or freeze for a few hours.

Egg beaters, mix with whey and cinnamon: basically pure protein pancakes/crepes

Look u protein angel food cake.

Protein pasta, ground turkey, kidney beans, pasta sauce and olive oil. Make enough to eat it for three days.
