    limit to failure?

When i started lifting weights i always pushed til failure and it worked out well for me and i started losing weight and building muscle pretty quickly. but nowadays when i try to work til failure i start to feel a burning sensation almost, to which ever body part im working on. is that normal? sure failure does burn but what ive been feeling is a much stronger burn than before. just wanted to check up.

Reaching absolute failure is not advised for most individuals as it can impact on muscle growth and cause injury, however beginners can get away with it more due to them not yet reaching the ability to assess what is their potential.

If you feel you overreaching too much just stop 1 or 2 reps from complete failure no muscle growth benefit will be lost.
