120 Pull-ups & 200 Push-ups in 35minutes
The gym was closed today so I decided to go crazy xd
I did total of 12 sets
pullups: 10x12 =120
pushups: 5x10, 6x20, 1x30 =200
Basically, 1.5mfor 12 pulls, then 1.5m for 20 pushups | straight for 35m, what do you guys say? Good & Effective or not so?
Insane pump though lol, I did them all full ROM especially when it was harder to do pullups cuz my bar at home is spinning xD
