Seen you quite a bit on teen bb.com. Sick to see you're doing a show, you're looking good man, can't wait to see how sick you'll look in competiton condition. What fed are you competing in?

I’m competing in a not so well known natural federation called inbf or Wnbf. And haha hoping to look great my body has a natural low bf % going to cut below few weeks or months before.

Right now I’m 5’7 141 10% body fat. My body naturally retains a low bf year round

Unless youre doing it just for thr experience or fun, you need a lot more mass

db shoulder press: 75x9
db row: 120x8
bench: 195x6
squat: 300x5
Men’s Physique: 43 weeks out.
Goal: 160 5-7% on stage

No, but it doesn’t require as much mass as bodybuilding does.
