    What's good to eat when trying to gain more body mass?

    I'm 14 Years old, 120 pounds and im trying to get to about 180 pounds in 5 years time. What are good things to eat to bulk up?

    Lots of wholefoods like meat (lots of meat of all kinds), eggs, dairy products, beans, nuts, fruit, vegetables, potatos, rice, wholegrains etc. etc.

    If you don't gain a couple of lbs every month, add extra milk or yogurt or - well anything really.

    In terms of body composition just make sure that you are eating enough calories, there are no particular foods that help you bulk up.

    Of course try to stick to foods that are healthy and not processed.
