    Should i cut or stay at maintenance to bulid muscle

    I am 5 ft 6inch tall and currently weight 61 kgs. I have lost 20 kgs already and now i am kinda stuck and confused what to do. Should i cut more or should i start building muscle at slightly above maintainence. And i think i am skinny fat now. Pls help me out.

    You can start at maintenance but if your strength doesn't keep going up fairly regularly then you will have to increase calories to keep the process moving.

    Put it this way - your final goal is not going to be at 60kg so something has to move at some point.

    As mentioned strength is a good indicator of muscle growth.

    You should be building more muscle as you aren't fat and you need to develop your posterior chain in order to pull your shoulders back and stand straight that will make a huge different in your structure.

    Get your main lifts up and you will see good results.
