Hi everyone! Been a lurker so i took the plunge to join.

So i have starting lifting again since about 7 months and im hooked! I feel like im progressing good and im having alot of fun in the gym.

When i weighd myslef before summer when i started lifting i was 227 pounds, and i looked alot more fat than i do now imo. After summer (still lifting every other day like clockwork) and a few dussin pizzas and alot of beer i was 250 pounds. And now 6 months later im 231 pounds.

Anyone wana take a guess wat my Body fat %? i have no clue!

Good to be on here and to read up on what works for people and hopefully get some inspiration! Cheers.

1x bench rep max 253 pounds
1x deadlift rep max 397 pounds

My guess would be around 19-20%.

23-25 is my guess but no really important. Focus on improving your lifts and what you see in the mirror.

I just want to clarify that the outdoors photo is from before or just at the start of lifting, and that the indoor one is the one im refering to. But thanks and thats a good point you got!

I am going to stick with my guess as people tend to underestimate the percentage. Good progress none the less

You have made good progress in that you have a solid frame to build upon with some good proportions. Dont worry about bodyfat, it is not important. Someone can carry all the weight in their lower half, and none in the upper, look fit but be high bf, and the opposite where you look from waist up to be high bf but carry no fat in your legs and are actually normal or low. Just an example.
