Just a horrible attitude. If I stopped working out, eating healthy, exercising etc and started looking/feeling soft THEN I would get frustrated and angry at myself. No matter what, if I can't respect what I see in the mirror then I have to change it. I'll be lifting until I die or it's not physically possible. I understand the logic and yes many people don't have that discipline or will.

They live paycheck by paycheck with no luxuries or anything.

What you recommend those people do? What kind of enjoyment do those people have in life? Not everyone has friends, good family or a significant other or enough money to enjoy life. Most people don't live, they simply survive.

Maybe it's not a great outlook to have on life, but it's reality for a lot of people.

Agreed, and I think some people have far more serious issues to contend and dismissing what some have to go through is heartless... not like you can expect much more from the misc.

I bet there is a correlation between balding and being fat/too large.

Just think about it, your head area increases as you gain/weight and its not like you gain extra hair follicle, therefore, it makes you look more bald.

Personal experience for me is my facial hair, above 15% it looks patchy af, around 12% it starts getting a lot less patchy as I assume my face is thinning
