OK I want to make this simple and short. A while back I was riding my bike and slipped down a ditch. I bent my right knee backwards and my left knee was messed up as well. When I do body squats my right knee pops or clicks and there is a little bit of pain. Is there any specific machines I can use at the gym or exercises at home I can use to strengthen my knees?
like the shoulder the knee is a fairly complicated joint. What you can do to rehab it depends on what you damaged (ACL, PCL, MCL, etc), so go to an Orthopedic Urgent Care facility and get checked out. Then you'll know and can work on a treatment plan.
