I'll try logging my weight daily, and I'll write a summary at the end of each day of what I did right and what I did wrong and try to analyze what caused it and come up with mitigation for the future.
Eating plan:
Intermittent fasting of a sort - don't eat anything until 12:00, and don't eat anything after 20:00 unless it's a post-workout meal.
Calorie goal:
2250 calories daily, logged with MyFitnessPal.
Workout plan for the first 30 days:
A day of cardio, followed by a day of full body routine and repeat, aiming for no days off.
