Looking for next programme (just done icf)

Hey guys, I've been running Jason blahas ICF 5X5 for 4 months but now I'm getting to the point where I'm stalling, so I think it's time for a change! Anyone have any suggestions where to go next? Push pull? Novice/beginner

    Cheers guys

How much do you squat, bench and deadlift? What's your bodyweight? Have you been gaining weight consistently over these 4 months? How much weight have you gained? How many times have you had to reset on the compound lifts? How much were you lifting when you started the program?

Doesn't sound like you have stalled. You haven't done a reset on squats, and have only done one reset on Bench and deadlift. For it to classify as stalling and requiring a program change, you would have to do multiple resets, gradually building back up each time.

The weights that you're lifting don't classify you as an intermediate lifter for your bodyweight either. I'd say do a reset, stick to a caloric surplus, build back up, repeat a few more times.

You can do The Bridge by Barbell medicine.
Lifts dont classify someone as an intermediate or novice.
