    Can Sleeping Supplements help Anxiety?

My sleep quality is very bad. I wake up alot and go to sleep late due to insomnia. I was told that a big root cause for stress and anxiety is bad sleep quality.
Aswell as bad diet, lack of exercise. I fixed my diet and exercise and I do feel way better but not 100%. Is their anything else worth looking into doing? Aswell as supplements for sleep?

Ive been dealing with Physical Anxiety for awhile. Its improved significantly but I still do get Tightness in throat n chest,Tension headaches,Brain fog, nervousness, bad muscle tightness and tension all over my body. It only seems to come on when my breathing starts to act up.. I notice I belch,Yawn,Go for deep breaths alot and over breath alot and thats when I feel the tightness starting. Im trying my best to stop that aswell as the chest breathing but its hard since its a bad habit that can go unnoticed untill its too late and i get those anxiety symptoms. Ive been to like 8 doctors/specialists and 4 ER visits said I'm totally fine and healthy.

Just writing down what comes to mind regarding sleep:

-same time wake up same time bed every day
-one hour before bed close all screens, computer etc
-have it dark in the room your sleep
-no coffee 8 hours before sleep
-have a good bed or matress
-make sure to not sleep where you work or have daily life
    -slightly cold, fresh air
-no alcohol or drugs before bed, or in general
-do cardio in the morning or during the day to satisfy your bodies need for movement and a higher pulse.
-try not to think in bed about things, instead try to relax (this is the hardest for me)

If your anxiety is as severe as reported and your diet and exercise is in order, then you're seeing the wrong doctors/specialists. It is time for another opinion. There are innumerable psychiatrists/psychologists in the clinic that have expertise in managing anxiety with various pharmaceutical and behavioral interventions. You should look into these options before considering using any supplements.
