    7/25......weight 178.6

    Leg Day

    warmups
Front Barbell Squat... 4 sets of 8
Back Barbell Squat... 4 sets of 8
Seated Leg Curl..... 4 sets of 12
Leg Extensions.... 4 sets of 12
Seated Calf Raises....4 sets of 15

this is probably the highest volume workout that i do, as far as total number of pounds moved goes. front barbell squats are always a challenge for me, i just find it very difficult stay on balance and in good form. spent well over an hour working legs today, Clear Muscle recovery is going to be much needed!

7/29 - weight 178.8...continues to slowly tick upwards!

    Shoulders and Abs

    warmup sets
seated dumbbell press... 6 sets of 10
dumbbell upright row...4 sets of 10
dumbbell lateral raise... 4 sets or 10
dumbbell front raise.... 4 sets of 10

ab wheel rollouts.... 6 sets of 10
    air bikes.....6 sets of 10

after carbing out on friday and satuday, hit shoulders and abs yesterday. went hard on the seated dumbbell press and upped my sets from 4 to 6....felt good. ab work was definitely needed after all those carbs. ive been working on getting off the knees with the ab wheel and rolling out from the toes....very hard, but its getting there. into the home stretch with Clear Muscle, well into the final bottle now.

    8/1 weight 180.0 even...sweet!

    Back/Bi

    warmups
    pullups (weighted)....various grips...4 sets of 10
    deadlifts.....5 sets of 10
    dumbbell row....5 sets of 10

barbell bicep curl...5 sets of 10
    barbell 21's...3 sets

hit 180 on my very slow and clean bulk, no discernible additions of fat. i think Clear Muscle had a hand in this! had an awesome Back/Bi session with great focus and strength. covered all my bases and had energy to spare.

Incline Bench Press 5 sets of 10

Standing Dumbbell Tricep Extentions 5 sets of 10

monday so it must be...Chest Day! lol i used to hate it when i was going to the commercial gym and my chest day fell on a monday. im not a very patient person to begin with and when id see people wasting time and equipment it would frustrate me to no end. this was one of the main reasons i invested in a home gym setup.

this is one of my favorite workouts. love the variety of both barbell and dumbells and flat/incline movements. CM continues to do its job!

    8/8 weighed in at 180.3

    Leg Day

    warmups
    Landmine Squats.....6 sets of 10
Seated Leg Curl..... 4 sets of 12
Leg Extensions.... 4 sets of 12
Barbell Calf Raises....4 sets of 15

im really glad i added the landmine to my garage gym.....such an inexpensive piece of equipment yet so versatile and effective. you can use it on just about every bodypart and it really does provide a nice option to the usual dumbbell/barbell movements. if you have a home gym id highly recommend investing in one!

Nice! The attachment that the barbell slides into? That's probably really helpful

this is a sad day, im all out of Clear Muscle!

id cant say how much i appreciate this opportunity and would really like to thank all the people at MuscleTech that made it possible. overall i was very happy with the way Clear Muscle performed for me and would gladly recommend to anyone thats interested in trying it.

at my age PR's are usually few and far between, yet i hit several while doing this log. i also managed to add some LBM...increasing my weight from 177.5 to 180.7

    thanks again MT!
