    Question Clear Muscle VS Muscle builder?

    Hello everyone, I just started using Clear Muscle, but I'm thinking to get Muscle builder too, is it good combination or I should stay only with Clear muscle? Could anyone tell me?

    okay bro, and how about Bcaa, during my workout I'm using bcaa can I continue it or I should stop taking it?

    If you have the budget for it, then go for it. What brand and flavor did you have in mind?
    And if not, then your priorities ought to be the essentials and possibly whey or pre-workout.

    You can safely take ClearMuscle with a preworkout.

    Follow the label for both products, and you will be fine.

    If you have only just started taking clear muscle, then keep it consistent for the next 6 weeks. You will notice slightly better recovery. Don't put too much emphasis on supplements, just train hard and eat right first.

    I use Clear Muscle consistently and have found the primary benefit to be a bit faster recovery, allowing me to add additional volume to my workout.
