So I've been on a cut since September (1800-1900 per day) and wasn't really a lifter before. I did start fierce 5 like two months ago and I do cardio occasionally.
So I've been losing weight constantly this whole time.
Recently, however, I took a break for a week and a half (was sick) and then slacked some more (2 weeks later, took 4 days instead of 2 day break).
I ate like 3k one of the days and little over 2000 in two days. They were both within two weeks.
I'm still losing weight! like 2lbs a week.
My question is, is it possible that i lost lean mass from taking so many breaks last month? if so, could it be that im losing/have lost more muscle than fat?
Three weeks of not hitting the gym won't lead to any significant amount of muscle loss - however developing the habit where you allow yourself to take that much time off can.
