Question Pre workout and wisdom teeth removal questions HELP!!

Okay so quick question I need. It's been about 5 days after I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and I was wondering how soon can i start drinking pre workout again?? I am experiencing no pain and the swelling has gone down a bit just a bit tender around my jaw bc of the stiffness.. I'd greatly appreciate a response back! Thank you ☺️

The same time as you're ready to head back to the gym I'd imagine.

In all honesty 5 days after if you're not in much pain and you feel up to the gym pop some Motrin, give it 30 minutes then take your pre-workout and get it on. I only say take some Motrin in case all the straining causes that painful pressure feeling again. I'm sure you're past doing any damage, it may be painful but it wont hurt anything to take stuff. I mean I drank 151 and smoked the same day I had mine taken out and had no issues *shrug; I'm sure at 22 you heal fast enough.

I would ask the dentist about how soon strenuous activity is ok too, My wisdom teeth took a while to heal.

I would not advise Ibuprofen 5 days post op due to its effect on platelets. That is why we do not give medical advice on a bodybuilding forum, because you clearly due not understand the MOA of pharmacological management and post op surgical instructions to promote healing and prevent hemorrhage.

I don't think you know what you're talking about. I just had mine removed two days ago and the doc prescribed Ibuprofen (600mg tablets) three times a day....

he's a nurse in a neonatal intensive care unit. I'd say he has a good idea about what he's talking about
