    Too much protein?!?!

    Hey guys I’m eating maintenance around 2600-2800 calories...I love eating protein...I am 170 lbs...I can some day eat up to 250 g of protein a day...is this problematic when not cutting?

    Not really. The only downsides would pretty much be cost (as protein is more expensive) or lack of variety (ie getting sick of eating the same high protein foods)

    But if they're not issues for you, than it's not really a problem. I think it's better to eat more protein than you need, than not enough - but there is a point where eating more isn't any more beneficial.
