I'm a 16 year old with about 14-16% bf and very confused. I started of obese and cut all the way down to where i am at now. My chest is quite developed unlike my arms which looks quite thin atm. I'm really unsure on whether to bulk or cut, i'd like some advice.
I have noticed that i overestimated my bf and got it mixed up with loose skin. If my abs show flexed in good lighting without pulling on it, what bf am i closest to?
