Meal plan help. What to add/remove?

Can you guys help me figure out what to add/remove or replace with to get closer to my nutrition limits? Or maybe just leave it as is? Please see attached image.

    I just finished 1st month of P90x and for the next 2 months I would like to follow 40carbs - 30fat - 30protein

I have been trying to figure out what to remove/add/replace and I can’t come up with anything else.

I will appreciate it a lot if you guys can help me.

You must really want to lose alot of weight. 30 grams of carbs and 30 grams of protein in one day or 1 meal?

You need to be more creative. Look at complex carbs (sweet potatoes are great) and lean proteins. Fat sources like almonds.

Way to little fats. You only need 0.8 grams of protein per lb of bw. And ~0.4 or more for fats. Add whole eggs, stop using low fat cheese use normal instead. Use oil for salads/frying chicken.

yeah he means 40% carbs 30% fat 30% protein.

Id suggest a tiny bit less carb and a bit more fat and protein.
