Ok, so this is my first time using creatine. Today, I took my first dose of creatine. I'm using Six Star Creatine X3 caplets. I weigh around 105 lbs and workout daily, strength training and sprints. I took 4 caplets so 12124 mg or 4.1 grams of creatine. The recommended dosage is 6 caplets and I don't see anything about loading when you start. Is this sufficient for everyday? Or do I need to load the first week or two then fall to a smaller dosage? I'm not 100% sure what's best, any suggestions and advice would be very much appreciated.
