    Need advice from professional powerlifters

I feel like I am too tall for my height and not heavy enough for my weight. Is there a program that will help with this?

There are several programs that will work for you. It sounds like you need to bulk up, so it's time to concentrate on hypertrophy and eating a bulking diet. Let me hit you with a bunch of info at once!

Great article here on bulking nutrition
    http://www.jtsstrength.com/articles/...h-performance/

As for a routine, you could do any PL routine but hit your accessories for hypertrophy rep ranges.
West side for skinny bastards or 531 with the boring but big accessory plan are two good places to start.

Or you might want to set PL aside for a year and just concentraye on building muscle. There are a lot of BB routines out there.

Yet another option and what I do personally is to run your training in 4 week blocks. Two hypertrophy blocks, two strength blocks, and one peaking block. Repeat. This will allow you to gain size and strength steadily throughout the year, and is the progression that the juggernaut method follows.
    Gym (170-180 lbs): 465 Squat, 300 Bench, 495 DL
    Meet (165 lbs): 430 Squat, 280 Bench, 445 DL

I had a compression fracture in my lower back that knocked over an inch off my height. You could try that. Alternately, you could try removing your feet at the ankles, although this does make balancing on squats and deads more difficult.

Why do I get the feeling that several of the pros who read that message actually considered it for a minute.

The only real answer here is Daily Undulating Periodization. Mix that with an IIFYM diet plan at 400/200/200 macros and you are set.

I tried DUP for like a week and it didn't work. I think it must be for shorter or taller lifters. These are all good ideas but you're all wrong. Somebody was supposed to tell me to buy new shoes, because I want to buy new shoes, so that's what I'm going to do.

he obviously meant too tall for his weight.

the only advice is to eat more and find a technique that is the best for your leverages. there is no specific program for tall powerlifters )

pterry0404 laid out some good advice. If you feel you're too thin for your height, then you simply need to eat more. Bulk up, brah!
