    Best Creatine Product to Use

I have been working out 4-5 days a week for over a month now. I am seeing great results, but I know that creatine can help boost those results. I'm 18 years old, at college, and have adopted a great diet. Could any of you lead me in the right direction of a creatine product that works for you? Thanks!

What the others have said, regular cheap monohydrate. Even Creatine HCL is a good one.

If you want something a little fancier, Best Creatine is worth checking out. Snow Cone flavor is phenomenal.

Stick to the tried and true creatine monohydrate. Very cost effective as well, we all know how it feels to be a broke college student.

100% agree. I use a 6 star creatine mono powder and it was like $10 for somewhere around 60-80 servings. all you need is 5g a day.

also the powder is a lot cheaper than the pills. i recommend a tasteless powder & mix it in your preworkout or protein shake. i once had this fruit punch flavored creatine by six star. DO NOT GET THAT ONE. tastes ****ing terrible.

Start with the basic first (creatine monohydrate) and use this as your judging point for all other creatine should you decide to try later - such as our brand new Crea-Tech.

HCL is probably my first choice now a days, as I started on monohydrate.

With that being said monohydrate would be your cheapest choice.

I would just go with some bulk mono. Our MT creatine is currently on sale.

I'd just recommend picking up the cheapest bulk creatine monohydrate that you can get your hands on.

I'd recommend taking 3-5g per day and to ensure that you are staying hydrated (I usually target ~4L water/day).

Creatine is definitely a good daily staple to have for improving your natural muscle building potential. You can certainly go with a bulk creatine from ON or BB.com.

Another option is to use iForce's Finish Line which not only contains creatine, but several other "daily staple" ergogenics like betaine and beta alanine plus recovery agents such as LCLT and L-Alanyl L-Glutamine.
