Not lifting massive weights (yet!) but hoping to step my training up a notch and start getting those numbers up.
Just want to make sure my form is in check first, can I get some honest feedback and advice to improve my Squat 150kg / Deadlift 165kg? These are both 1 rep maxes, probably could have done more on the Deadlift but didn't want to compromise form too much.
