I just copied this from the bb.com store on a creatine mono product
"Directions For Micronized Creatine Monohydrate:
Take daily with water or juice upon waking and post-workout, or on non-training days, after a meal.
LOADING PHASE - 1 rounded tsp. twice daily (total of 10 g/day) for 5 to 7 days.
CYCLING PROTOCOL - 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Repeat."

Many manufacturers over time and even now have placed the loading phase on their product as what is necessary. So people are mislead and experiencing GI side effects based on overload and improper usage.

Oh Yeah One bars
Blueberry Muffin - really enjoyed this one! I don't think I'd buy a box because I think this flavor has potential to get old pretty quick, but mixed in with other flavors, it's very satisfying.
Salted Caramel - it's alright but was actually kind of disappointing imo. It did have a legit caramel flavor and a nice salty taste, but it lacks actually having caramel in it.
Maple Glaze Donut is still my favorite of the new bar flavors. Could go through a box of those like nothing.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Reading through the last few replies makes me realize some of your guys have serious caffeine dependencies.
Holy crap at up to 600 mg of caffeine.**********************

dude, this is such a silly statement. Caffeine tolerances vary quite a bit. 600 mg for one person might be a breeze in one sitting, even without dependency, whereas for someone else it might put them over the edge. Usage isn't the only factor in ones tolerance, and 600 mg in a day, forgetting one sitting for a second, is really not that much for many of us. I've always needed quite a bit of caffeine to feel effects, long before I ever developed an increased tolerance.

Btw, the effective caffeine dose studied is 4-6 mg/kg body weight.
200mg is a girly dose.IG: @tuanlifts

Honestly don't think 600mg is that crazy when considering the amount a lot of other people intake. And like I said, 600mg is in a very depleted state of almost no carbs for an extended period of time. When you diet down and are in that single digit bodyfat range, you need an extreme amount of caffeine. Heck, 1 scoop of Dust Extreme did absolutely nothing for me at the end of my summer cut because of being so depleted. Imo it's just as much diet dependant as anything.
