He was massive this year, and the '98 NOC was maybe his best showing. He was slightly off compared to that at the Olympia, but still huge and even made Ronnie look small in some shots. After this he came in off at the '99 Olympia and by 2000 his physique was regressing. This was the high point.

His legs were impressive here. Picture above is from nationals right? 1991 when he had the ponytail, then next year he got a haircut , and won

It's motivating Levrone competed at the 2016 Olympia, he didnt make it high in the rankings though.
No one can beat Phil Heath at this point, only that Big Rammy guy seemed close, but he is still a long way off for conditioning, but he had the size. That was smart of Heath to add more muscle he knew he had to take the advantage away for Rammy. He won $400,000!
