    please critique my upper body workout

    Hi I'd love to hear your opinions about my upper body workout

    Barbell bench press 5 reps 3 sets
    incline dumbbell bench press 8 reps 3 sets
    one arm dumbbell row 8 reps 3 sets
    supinated barbell row 8 reps 3 sets
    cable fly 10 reps 3 sets
    pullover 15 reps 2 sets
    face pulls 15 reps 2 ssets
    superset of tris ans bis

    Well...it's difficult to judge this without knowing your goals, frequency, and rest of routine.

    Do you train your lower body?

    I'd probably replace pullover with pullups/lat machine, and throw in some overhead press (barbell or dumbbell)

    I'd say ditch the cable fly,s and replace with a compound shoulder exercise as the op suggested bud. Also I'd keep your pullovers in your routine there a great old school exercise you don't see a lot of anymore unfortunately.

    Also I just noticed your doing 2 rowing motions pick one I'd go with barbell bent over rows or your one arm rows which you are doing. Also as the op said add pull ups/ lat pull downs for one of your rowing movements.
