Remember back a few years when i had super motivation and worked hard, i did everything good and kept the motivation for a while.. then i randomly stopped for some reason.. I did not lose my motivation, but I sort of paused it
After one and a half year now I'm ready to start, do it right and keep the motivation going but in my training periodes I have ALOT motivation and can be to much engaged, because of that it won't last?
