Awesome work man! I'm in the same boat, started off a little over 300 pounds...
I lost 70 crash dieting, gained back 50+, now down those 50 and moving forward. Looking forward to hitting my goal.

Hey there! OP I'm so proud of you to lose weight with your illness combo. I have schizophrenia and I can't imagine what it would be like if I was bipolar too. I weigh 357.4 at my lowest this month. I'm making progress but haven't been able to find my calorie sweet spot as I think my cals are either too high or too low. I think I'll try 3000 a day and if after 2-3 weeks I don't go down I'll try 2800. I have to realize this takes time and the initial water weight loss shouldn't deceive me once it slows. You're someone I hope to look like one day, but I dunno if I'll compete cause I hear the prep is pretty brutal and my voices like to ruin things on me. I just have one question, do you drink alcohol or anything like that? Being sober has been the best thing for my illness. Take care!
