First, because I understand it is #1, my diet is clean and my macros are counted. I could probably use help with appetite suppression as maintaining a deficit seems to be a real challenge for me some days, but I don't have trouble keeping myself from "overeating", or eating above maintenance, at least. My training is usually great, but lately it's been a little spotty as I've been trying to return after a back injury.
I have been trying to figure out a good fat burner/energy supp/appetite suppressant. I work nights and switch back to days on my days off, so my appetite feels out of control at times and I'm all kinds of tired all the time. I had an old bottle of Jym Shred in the cupboard that I have been taking, but I haven't really noticed anything from it.
I think I would like to try forskolin 95 but have heard it is pretty ineffective on its own. I do take Kaged caffeine pills + Hemavol PWO and would probably use the caffeine pills in the AM if I weren't using Shred. I have heard forskolin stacks well with y-hcl, and both go well with caffeine, but y-hcl kind of intimidates me so I don't know if taking all three together would work for me.
Is there anything else that Forskolin can stack with to make it better? Is just stacking it with caffeine enough to increase effectiveness? What would you recommend?

To my knowledge the positive effects of forskolin were seen in obese individuals, based on your avatar you don't appear to be anywhere near that. That being said if you don't have a relatively high tolerance to stimulants I'd suggest just using the caffeine and forksolin and if you decide you add YHCL just start with the lowest dose and work your way up.
My secret? Texting between sets.

Forskolin doesn't need to be stacked with anything, although it does stack nicely with hemerocallis fulva, since hemerocallis fulva will further increase cAMP levels when in the presence of other compounds that affect cAMP (like forskolin).
I wouldn't really use forskolin as an appetite suppressant though. Caffeine, yohimbine, ephedrine, or synephrine will be more effective in that respect.Olympus Labs Representative

Open to suggestions I've been looking at stuff ALL day and there are just so many options that my brain is needing recs at this point...
I've not taken yohimbine before. It sounds very appealing but the side effects just sound so awful. The effectiveness though...ehhhh. Tempting.
I was considering both Velocity Ultra or Supremacy...being that you're a Neogenix rep, have you any personal experience or opinion on those?Last edited by FitAmbition90; 10-05-2016 at 10:51 PM.

Thanks! How long has your wife been using it/how long did it take to jump from 50mg to 100mg?
I do currently use caffeine tabs with my hemavol and it works great! I would certainly continue using them with forskolin too.
I think I've landed on forskolin + caffeine + ALCAR + EGCG...
Eh? Anything else worth adding or anything in there worth removing?Last edited by FitAmbition90; 10-07-2016 at 12:57 AM.

That is a pretty good stack to be honest, I wouldn't add anything more at this time. If you are into or considering topicals though, Evomuse Eviscerate Nova is very very very legit and def worth a look IMO.
She started at 50 for a month, then went to 75mg for 2-3 weeks then 100mg. It's just a concern that higher doses can cause diarrhea at the start and she is overly cautious anyways.

Sorry for the late response! I have used both products, and of the two I would recommend Velocity Ultra for someone in your position (already lean, looking to crack a plateau) it is fantastic for energy, focus and body composition.
A truly hybrid product, take it pre-workout or use it in place of your morning coffee before work. You won't be disappointed! It's your diet.

Also, my opinion on yohimbe hcl.
If you can tolerate it take it, it really does help get stubborn fat moving. But start really small, like one 2.5mg pill and 100mgs of caffeine and go from there. If you feel no anxiety, or "I just want to die" feeling, then congratulations! Work up to .2 mg/kg and enjoy the effects. (Always use prior to fasted cardio)
Good luck!It's your diet.

With forskolin, I would stick with a 95% extract. Going lower can give you some GI issues. With Y-HCL I would start small like hooverville said. Yohimbine gives me some nasty side effects.. makes me feel like I have the flu, and it really screws with my sleep. Start small, and work your way up from there.
