I ignore the commentary. It's for people who don't know jack about bodybuilding and are tuning in for the first time. If you're a nerd who reads bodybuilding forums then at best they'll just be telling you stuff you already know.
We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.

This guy was the absolute worst. Didn't know about competitors or bodybuilding at all, how he got up there is insane.
Sounded like he would just make things up and hope it was true, hence having to be corrected all the time. And he would eagerly agree with DJ on anything and interrupt just to repeat/agree with what DJ said. You could get anyone from the crowd of 9000 and they'd be better than this guy.

This x10000000, mater of fact give me Dan Solomon and Lonnie Teper and I guarantee you everyone would know wtf was going on at all times.
