If the TDEE calculator says my TDEE is almost 2500, shouldn't I be losing a lot of weight if I'm not eating that on most days?

Just bare in mind tdee calcs are not always accurate for everyone.
Let's say it's accurate just for instance. If you're eating 2000 then you'll lose weight gradually.
If you eat even less than that, you run into the danger of burning off muscle and not fat, because your body can't metabolise fat without the presence of carbohydrate so if you're eating loads of calories lower than 2500 that's what can happen because your carbs won't be too high.
Anyway if you eat too low so that you start to burn off muscle, this slows down your metabolism meaning your tdee will get lower.
So depending on how low your tdee gets you might be eating maintenance calories as your tdee may not actually be 2500.
Just something to think about. So theoretically yeah you should lose weight but depends how much you go below 2500.

I hope you're not trying to lose weight with those stats.
Hard to answer your question though with such vague details.
E.g. you could be eating at under 2500 calories 5 days a week, but if you eat a lot on the weekends, you could be offsetting any deficit you had during the week and thus would not lose any weight. You can't help the hopeless.

That rarely happens, though. If I overaeat, it only tends to be about 2500. Well, what I call "overeating", anyway (still think my TDEE is about 2000, going by BW*15).
I want to get lean first, yeah. Like, actually lean, none of this "barely see a 4-pack with a bit of annoying stubborn fat below that" (13-14% BF). I look good, so it's not like I'll become anorexic by actually shaving that thing off, first.
