In a way, Animal Pak Powder, the powdered version of Animal Pak, can be thought of as one big Alpha Testing Program. It's only available for a limited time and a lot of feedback has been created, as found here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=171085631
For those who have used it, what would you change, if anything?

Really like the product! Would love to see another flavor. The mixability isn't perfect because there is a lot of foaming with shaking and still some clumps left over sometimes. Would love to see the Vitamin A and vitamin E doses dropped a little while the vitamin D3 increased. Would love to see the addition of ginseng maybe. Otherwise the formula is strong and seems to actually provide some acute physical and mental benefits. Combining it with a pre-workout makes for a great experience!

I would keep Vit A the same ^ maybe add bone support (vit k & boron), remove the aritificial coloring, flavoring and sweeteners. Also, I'd rather have the Uni-Pro Blend, Amino & Digestive Complex replaced with maybe greens, orac blend, more coq10 (100mg), circulatory support). Keep the Milk Thistle, Hawthorne Berry and Citrus Bioflavonoids.

It's been a staple of mine since it came out..I honestly enjoy the flavor of it every morning. But I'd be happy with a sour green apple or black cherry added to the mix. The profile itself is on point. And the convenience factor of a powder is the real selling point for me.

My review on Animal Pak Powder:
"First, lets get to the exciting parts: taste, mixability, and effects. The orange flavor is awesome. I imagine that it is ridiculously hard to disguise some of the horrible tasting, though effective, healthy ingredients (vitamins). However, the orange flavor is strong enough to do just that for the most part. It is really an enjoyable flavor even concentrated in as little as 6 oz of water. I would like to emphasize how impressed I am that this powder tastes as great as it does given its profile. The powder's solubility is decent, though I recommend stirring over shaking. Shaking cause the product to foam quite a bit. In terms of effects, I have an overall feeling of well-being and strength that comes over me after use, which is probably mostly due to placebo effect. Additionally, my urine is pretty dark for my next one or two bathroom trips even when drinking lots of water (probably peeing out the mega-dosed B vitamins). Now lets get on to the label because it is an animal itself! There is the typical panel of vitamins and minerals followed by an amino acid blend, a performance complex, an antioxidant complex, and a digestive enzyme complex. The label is completely transparent apart from the Uni-Pro Blend, which is a component blend in the performance complex. Overall, I would say this is a solid label and that I am especially impressed by the performance complex and the amino acid blend. However, I think that the vitamins and mineral are dosed more aggressively than need be. I would be happy to see some lower doses of vitamin A, vitamin E, and chromium. I'm not sure I'm knowledgeable enough to comment on the value of the antioxidant complex and the digestive enzyme complex, but the milk thistle and the eleutherococcus are great ingredients in the Uni-Pro Blend! I think Animal PAK Powder is an innovative product, the first powdered, complex multi-vitamin/wellness product that I have seen. It also seems to be generally well-formulated, especially if you a really hardcore athlete with some nutritional gaps. I wish it had more than 22 servings in a tub, but because the servings are two scoops, I sometimes half the servings when I take it. Animal PAK Powder is a 9 out of 10 product all around, including flavor."TGT2

I haven't tried it but let me chime in, as "that dude that uses a pill pulverizer" on a frequent basis. Great functionality + flavor there for a person like me, would be superb. Already hearing a lot of great things right now, so Im guessing flavor suggestions like apple, mango, peach, grape, ice blue raz tea etc (--more out of the box flavors tend to be better from my experience) would make it a must-have.
