in order to saturate your receptors with the creatine, you must consume 20g per day for the first 5 days. I split it into 3 servings of 7g, but most people use 4 servings of 5g.

How much water should I drink when I am on Creatine?
I drink about 3/4-1 gallon of H2O a day, is that good?
