Do they have bad physiques? Hell no, the problem is you think you are unique, and you have a voice inside you that tells you if you continue going on your path and working hard you will resemble jeff seid. plus your numbers are nothing that would give you a good physique. I'd say at 225x12, 275x5ish is when you're upper body would look good. Once you can squat 315 for 10-15 at least to parallel, you'll have a decent lower body assuming you're lean

Keep plugging away. Lifting natty is different than lifting assisted. Lots of drop sets and super sets. You will gain mass and stay lean. Took me years to dial it in right, but I got it on point now.

sorry but in general, size=strength. the only other variable is just technique. assuming good technique, size will equal strength, unless there are vastly different muscle fibre distributions between two people
