Not new to the gym (off and on for 10 years) but I had taken a break of nearly four years before getting back into it starting March 2015. I could only diet and do cardio until I was cleared by doc to do full workouts. I was around 210 skinnyfat, and dieted to around 180 and began lifting again in September.
First pic is a year ago
And today
Just wanted to share, since I'm proud of how far I've come. I plan to stick with it this time.

Holy **** great work man you look awesome! Delts and arms look savage
The Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.
you can't half rep a deadlift.
you can't bounce a deadlift.
you can't arch to get an easier deadlift.
you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.
there's just you, some heavy ass weight, and your b!tch ass having to pick it up.

Nice tricep detail/separation! Triceps are one of my best parts and I love training em. Dunno why biceps are so over rated, triceps make up 2/3 of the arm and make you look way massive not to mention they are way more functional then the biceps

Being taller and having lanky arms, I was aware of this from the outset and always made a priority to train triceps, but I neglected stuff like close grip bench press and dips in favor of rope pushdown and skullcrushers. I'll be honest, these exercises didn't give me the mass on the back of my arm that I was really looking for to offset my long arms. It just gave me an exaggerated lateral head. So it looks cool from the back, but if you look at my arms from the side there isn't as much mass as I would have hoped for.
Thanks for the input and I hope someone can benefit from this mistake I made.
