    Smile Creatine Help!

Hey guys, I FINALLLYYY convinced my parents to let me "try" creatine, the only other supplement i've ever taken was protein and that was like 6 months ago, i currently weight 165lbs, i was thinking to buy the --muscletech platinum 100% creatine 80 servings--, i saw it was ranked #1, and i know the rankings can be BS, but i thought why not just try it since it's the first creatine i will use, and use it up and see my results, was thinking 5g of creatine each day, 1g pre workout and 4g after, watched some of the hodgetwins videos on youtube along with other people and i thought it was a good way to take it considering i'm just starting, was wondering what you guys think on the brand of creatine and the way i'm going to be taking it sounds, any feedback helps, thanks.

Your overthinking it wayyyy too much. Just buy a cheap store-bought creatine monohydrate. No need to waste your $ on more expensive stuff, as it won't make a difference. Timing doesn't make a noticeable difference either, so just do whatever is easier to you.

Oh and take down the zyzz avatar
