    Percentage ratio for protein/carbs/fats

    Hello, I am an extomorph who is 5ft 10, I weigh 154pounds, I am 15% bf. and I lift 4 times a week and do cardio once a week. I calculated that my daily calorie intake should be around 3200. I was wondering if the following ratio of carbs/protein/fats is good? protein 231g (30%), carbs 400g (50%), fats 90g (20%). I am looking to build lean muscle mass and generall bulk up. any advice would be appreciated
