I've been searching the forums but not a lot of direct reviews on the REP Fitness Adjustable Bench. It does get mentioned a lot in the FID bench threads.
Does anyone have it and have any complaints?
As far as sub $300 benches are there any other competitors besides the Ironmaster Super Bench?
I was hoping to keep it around the $200 mark but it just doesn't seem like it's possible to find a decent FID bench at that price point.

My quick review of the bench here:

Another option to also consider BS SFID325

I have it and it's pretty nice. Mine came slightly damaged but REP made it right in no time. My only 'complaint' if you want to call it that, it's that I prefer a narrow seat pad over the wider one.
That said, I ended up buying a flat bench because it fits the space better, and don't use the FID at all... If you don't have a specific need for an FID bench in your routine, I suggest you just get a quality flat bench instead. Get the adjustable if and when you have a need for it.

I agree with this. A quality flat bench is a lot cheaper. You can upgrade later or add the FI bench later. I have both the Rogue Adjustable which I love, and Rogue Monster with FatPad. I use the flat bench almost exclusively and it is several hundred cheaper. From what I remember you don't have a bench yet and are in setup mode so I'd absolutely go this way if you are remotely price sensitive.
Also Pad Gap is the new Thigh Gap.▪█─────█▪ Rogue Barbell Crew #27 ▪█─────█▪

I actually need more incline in my life so I was hoping to find a bench that reasonably held it's own (pun) for both flat and incline. I am very price sensitive which is the reason why I'm kind of nickle-and-diming the idea of a bench. I still have a bunch of boxing gear that I need to purchase which is keeping my overall budget limited.
I know I should just wait and buy piece-meal quality items, but I gotta get my workout on sooner than later!
Also, after taxes and shipping the Rogue Flat Bench comes at to $229 while that Rep Fitness FID is $329. I'm thinking I'll get more than $100 of extra utility from having multiple angles.

There's also this Rep Fitness Flat Bench that's only $149 + tax + free shipping.

Anyone tried this one out?

I don't think anything is wrong with that bench and should work fine. However, if going China route for benches, I would try the BodyX Commercial Flat Bench sold by various companies. The dimensions like height and width are ideal. The plus for me is a narrow leg in front to not interfere with your legs while benching.
Another note on this bench, is that it is the same folks who make the FID bench, so upon delivery inspect your bench for quality control issues.

That looks decent especially for the price. Height is dead on. Nice handle/rollers. Only question would be stability, width, and pad firmness/quality. That said, from the pictures it looks interesting.
As an aside - Agree with Ramcharger310. I need to move my benches around and while I like my Monster w/Fat Pad I'm damn tired of those heavy rubber feet and no wheels. It's an okay tradeoff but a handle and wheels would go a long way. Hell even Rogue's GHD has wheels.▪█─────█▪ Rogue Barbell Crew #27 ▪█─────█▪

As for the pad, if it is the same as the BodyX/Rep Fitness FID bench, it is a nice pad. Stability may be an issue, one person has said that on their flat bench, the front foot plate was welded incorrectly and it had a slight wobble. Make sure you buy from a company that has good return policy if not buying this bench in person. If equipmentraw brings this bench back, I will most likely sell my Elite bench, buy this one and put the change to something else.Last edited by Ramcharger310; 01-16-2016 at 04:50 PM.

Glad you ended up ordering! We have had a ton of good feedback on the bench. I think every company has QC issues with X% of their products, but we always handle it when it comes up.
I just want to clarify that we are now the sole distributor of this bench in the USA. I can't say what "version" of this bench EquipmentRaw was selling (probably early gen judging by the white wheels), but I personally went to China around 6 months ago and made a number of small modifications based on feedback from our customers to make this bench as solid as possible and remove some of the common issues that were coming up. That and added a laundry list of checkpoints to the QC list, which is in turn given to our 3rd party inspectors who inspect a portion of every shipment before it leaves the factory. Things will still come up, but they should be few and far between, and not major issues.www.repfitness.com - Gym equipment manufacturer.
