The probability of someone, for example, landing a job at a Chemical Engineering company is exponentially increased when a nobody goes to University and gets a degree in Chemical engineering. Likewise, if you were born in silicon valley during the tech boom in the 90s the chances of you becoming successful in that field and becoming a multi millionaire/billionaire was very likely.
