2 days isn't optimal at all.

3 days should be full body training like 5x5 etc.
    4 days upper/lower
    5/6 days Push Pull Legs

Any will work but consistency is the key factor

No what i meant was do the 3 day split twice a week meaning train 6 times a week but with the 3 split like for example
    Chest and Triceps
    Bis and Back
    Shoulders and Legs
and then repeat this but in a diff order in the same week?

Any kind of split will work honestly. No studies have shown significantly better progress in one over the other.

Most important thing is that you are hitting every muscle group every week.

I mean I don't know the details like whether you're doing the main compound movements, or your overtraining etc.

If I was you I would put a rest in between one of those days especially if you do deadlifts and squats on back and leg days.

What do you mean no progression and no volume? You can easily achieve both on a split routine...

The same way you progress with any routine lol.... By adding weight or reps on a consistent basis.
