Hello - looked on some GDA products like Burn24, glycodrive etc etc, are these helpfull when bulking? or is it worthless like testbooster for instance;P?

Some people bloat easily on carbs. I happen to be one of those people and I take a GDA on and off year round with my high carb meals. The 4 GDA's I've tried all help with the bloating and some of them offer some pretty awesome pumps.

Burn24 is the only one I've used, and that's pretty solid. Partition-MD, Blue Star Glycodrive, and the new Myokem Transport all look pretty solid. Alternately, you can go bulk Na-R-ALA + agmatine, which worth considering if 1) you're on a budget, or 2) you're also using forskolin (forskolin and berberine compete as far as their effects on cAMP).

I have used and love both Glycodrive and Partition MD. OP you can't go wrong with either one IMO. I used them both (not at the same time) with any carb meal I had. No bloat, used when cutting or bulking.

They are just as useful for cutting imo as well, especially on refeeds or higher than usual carb days. Alcar (this one especially) with agmatine with na r ala, with berberine and you have a hell of a gda stack.

There is some debate as to whether ALA will actually force glucose into muscle tissue as opposed to fat since all the studies in ALA were done in diabetic or pre-diabetic people.

Insulin mimetics are best taking with big carbohydrate meals. aka postworkout. I've been taking regular alpha lipoic acid with breakfast, and 500 mgs na-rala (glycobol post workout)
NA-R-Ala is some potent stuff and the best and most potent out of all the lipioc acids
