    Sheiko 4 day program

    I downloaded the spread sheet and while I was cruising it over, I noticed no real direct shoulder or back work, except the occasional "lat work". My shoulders remain in better condition when I do some rows/posterior delt work. Where would you add this work in?

    When I did his program for a few months I added accessory movement in when I had time for back. But only did the program for 8 weeks before I felt like my back was going to snap from the amount of DL I was doing.

    I went back to 5/3/1

    I've been on 5/3/1 for over a year now. I'm making gains but wanted t look at other programs. Thanks for the info.
