Starting tomorrow I have 3 weeks off where I plan on go balls to the wall to how well I can progress my body. I've been lifting for a few years and I'm in ok shape. I really want to push myself in the next 3 weeks and wondered if anyone could give me any advice? A workout programme to follow, Nutritional tips? I want to cut up so I'm aware the main goal will be a calorie deficit.

Don't think you can make much progress in three weeks bro. It's all about slow amd steady progression.
If you want to cut get yourself in a deficit and countinue lifting like usual but add in more cardio work.
I would do some functional chit like sprints, box jumps, battle ropes maybe some swimming or cycling.Brah
