Did I waste my "noob gains" ?

I started going to the gym 2 years ago but with huge breaks, like i think I only hit the gym 5-6 months, and I was a beginner and did bro splits all this time. I only now understood the importance of full body routines, good nutrtition and suplementation.

In this time I got some muscle mass, not much, but since I didn't workout in over half year, I completely lost everything (both strenght and muscle) and I have to start all over again, but this time I'll do it right.

My question is, will it be harder now to get muscle mass ( I am really really skinny, again ) than it was before? Are the so called "noob gains" a myth or not ? Thank you in advance.

'Noob gains' isn't a myth; it's a fact that as a beginner, you will make the most-timely gains of your life because you're starting out at ground zero on the climb to your maximum genetic limit of your ability to gain mass/strength.

If you only trained off and on for a few months, used inappropriate routines, then quit and subsequently lost whatever gains you made, you're essentially right back at ground zero again.
    No brain, no gain.

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

Noob gains will happen and they are not a myth, they are awesome Our bodies have muscle memory, so any muscle you lost you will get back, don't worry about that, but ya man you should be fine, just keep training hard Good luck bro
