No need to be big and bulky nor a holocaust survivor.
Physique-
Strength
Unless you play linebacker for the steelers no need to be overly strong. It's bad for the joints and none of it is functional strength. That doesn't mean you should be a weakling though. These are the ideal strength standards
Bench 250lbs
Squat 405lbs
Deadlift 450lbs
Endurance
this is always down played but it's very integral part to a healthy life style not to mention all the endurance gains are functional.
Run 40 yard dash- 5.4 seconds
Mile- 9 minutes
After you attain all these gains just simply maintain don't ever stay on a caloric surplus longer than a cumulative total of 4 years of your life time. It's bad for your organs especially your heart and pancreas. Well there you have it brahs.
